D. Brankas DATA Risks

1. Brankas will only process customer data as data subjects based on written or electronically recorded consent. This consent clearly indicates the purpose and objective of the processing and information. Brankas will not manage any data without customer consent or beyond the granted consent.

2. Users are obligated to maintain the security of the User’s Brankas account from unwanted factors, including but not limited to unauthorized access. Brankas is not responsible in events where data breach or hacking occurs to the User’s Bank account, unless it is legally proven to be caused by Brankas. Brankas continues to implement the necessary steps to ensure the security of Brankas’s service and system.

3. While we make every effort to provide transaction status updates timely, occasional delays may occur in displaying the most current data retrieval status. Users are encouraged to review transaction statuses regularly for the latest information.

4. Data and insights are offered regarding the analysis of uploaded data, however, the ultimate interpretation and decision-making based on these insights rest solely with the users. We recommend that users exercise their judgment, considering their specific context and additional factors, when making decisions based on the insights provided by Brankas.

5. In service operations, Brankas may cooperate with a Third Party. As a user who utilizes the Service, a Registered User will provide Brankas personal information to collect or gather data or information from Third Party’s site. Such Third Party’s site is managed by a financial institution where the User has an account, it being a bank with a separate legal entity. Brankas does not and cannot bear the responsibility over the information or data managed by the Third Party, be it in regards to its accuracy, erasure, failure to send, or failure to store data, communication, etc.

6. Brankas will perform the necessary measures set by the governing laws on User’s Account related to Brankas’ services, including but not limited to not granting access, reviewing, temporary freeing, blocking, or shutting down the services.
